Finally Hear Your MusicNov 04, 2011

I am by no means a true "Audiophile" considering the majority of my music collection is 320KBS instead of a lossless format but I do love music. I purchased the NuForce Icon uDAC-2 in Violet a few months ago and am very satisfied with the product and price alike. The majority of my music is supplied from my MacBook Pro and fed through the uDAC to my Kanto SYD-4 I-Pod unit. The Kanto I-Pod dock produces clean and clear sound w/o the uDAC but since adding the uDAC my audio has a slightly warmer "Analog" feel and I'm noticing subtle nuances that were not present before. When listening with my Sony Studio Professional over the ear headphones the improvement is HUGE!The only complaint that I have about this unit thus far would be the build quality which I feel could have been improved upon.
